WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
We will happily offer store credit if you have changed your mind and you are not completely satisfied with the product or size. Please note, refunds will not be offered for returned purchases.
All items must be in their original condition which includes sanitary labels beings intact and tags still attached to the item. The item must not have been worn, washed or soiled.
For exchanges, we only accept the following requirements are met:
- the item/s must be in original condition, with all the tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.
- item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- The item is sent back within 14 days of receiving it.
We will not accept returns on any regular items or sale items.
SALES ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Please note that Tshalaswim has the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outline above. We recommend that you try the swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
Tshalaswim will not be held accountable for any lost returns, we strongly advise you use a registered postal service and record tracking details. Returning cost will not be covered by us or reimbursed by us.
All returns will be processed in 2 business days. Once we have received your returned package and inspected the items, you will be contacted by email and provided a credit note.

All credit notes will be valid for 6 months, we recommend you use your credit note as soon as possible. To organise a return please email email@example.com with your name, order number and details of the return.
If your swimwear arrives damaged please contact us immediately at the email address above with an image of the damaged item and we will get back to you right away.
